On January 6th, thousands of people in over 100 countries around the world will get together to run Bars and celebrate this special day!
What are the Bars? The Access Bars® are designed to create more consciousness for you, your body and the planet. They are made up of 32 points on the head which are lightly touched to release the electromagnetic charge created by thoughts, feelings, emotions and judgments, which creates more ease in different areas of your life.
This dynamic and gentle hands-on body process can assist with things such as insomnia, body aches, depression, stress, anxiety, addictions and much more.
I am co-hosting a very special event in the Bay Area (Sausalito) in honor of Global Access Bars® Day. We will have massage tables to trade BARS, share yummy snacks and livestream special classes from Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer, the founders of Access Consciousness®, as well as many facilitators from around the world!

We are considering this a Bars open house. If you are new to Access Consciousness BARS, you can try it out for the first time! Imagine a process that unlocks creativity, removes stress and gives you peace, ease, joy and more of you!
