Psychotherapy sessions happen in person at my San Francisco office or by phone/video chat for residents of California (the state in which I am licensed to practice psychology). For persons residing outside of CA, I can only offer coaching or consultation by phone or video chat. I may refer you to a local mental health practitioner in your area, if appropriate. Daytime and evening sessions are available.
Fees: Are based on an hourly rate for therapy and for consulting services. Cash, check, credit card, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted. I'm not currently accepting insurance, but I can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of out-of-network therapy services. Please consult with your insurance provider to verify benefits.
Life Coaching will be billed either as individual sessions or as a flat fee for the premium package.
