The Foundation class is a brief overview of Access Consciousness and the many tools available that can help in all areas of your life. Little changes can be seen right away. It's pretty cool. During the evening of the last class I felt bigger and more expansive then I have ever felt before. My awareness has grown and I feel like I am coming home to who I truly be. I highly recommend taking this class or any other class or doing any type of work with Dr. Adriana Popescu. Dr. Adriana is nonjudgmental and has a sense for what is needed for you at the time. I appreciate how she works with different modalities. She isn't pushy and doesn't try to force her personal opinions onto you. She has helped me see things how they are and gives me a different perspective to help me take things not so personal. I appreciate how she asks you at the beginning of the session "what is it that you would like from this class or session?" I also appreciate her giving me tools to use for any situation. I also appreciate how she is available through email or phone after any class or session to answer a question or help you through any weirdness that may come up.
