The Energy Psychology methods I most often use include Neuro Emotional Technique, Be Set Free Fast™, Emotional Freedom Techniques, and Brainspotting, along with Access Consciousness®. I use a form of applied kinesiology called Manual Muscle Testing to assist in identifying and treating the emotional issues that are held in the body's energy system. Some traditional psychology approaches I use include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic/Existential/Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Hypnotherapy.
