I spent over 10 years in traditional psychotherapy sessions. I learned in that time how to rationalize my problems and emotions to make them more manageable. It was helpful but I always perceived a blockage still there holding me back that the talk therapy wasn’t touching. After a 10 year break from therapy I was still experiencing limitations however I was very hesitant to return to psychotherapy. I didn’t want to get stuck again in the constant talking, dissecting and rationalization of my “issues.” I was fortunately referred to Adriana and life couldn’t be more different now. Her technique is totally different from all the other therapists I have been to in the past. The various tools she uses in her Energy Psychology practice hit so much deeper than traditional therapy.
